What is important to you?
Maybe you have lost sight of the answer to that question, or have a sense you may not have ever fully clarified such an answer. It is easy to lose this sense when we feel bombarded by difficulty.
Through gentle collaboration, I work with my clients on finding what is important to them to live a more meaningful life, despite what struggles one finds around. We will use such meaning as an instrument to move with the difficult emotions, thoughts, memories, physical sensations, and urges that life tends to provide.
